| B. Aaron Parker & Associates reconfigured and renovated the Circulation, Information and Popular Library Departments of the former downtown library. Ergonomic design at the circulation counters was critical to preventing repetitive stress syndrome for the staff. The design solved many operational issues by introducing an innovative security design, durable materials, desks, several types of customized computer stations and shelving with integrated seating for use by browsing patrons. |
