| We are working with a local developer to construct market-rate sustainable housing in a former industrial neighborhood along the Midtown Greenway, a redeveloped rail trench bisecting Minneapolis. Part of a broader public-private redevelopment plan, Urban Village will deliver 71 loft condominiums facing the Greenway and 54 town homes with private outdoor courts. All are served by underground parking. |
