| We worked with The Parsons Transportation Group/Barton-Ashman and Dakota County to produce a long-range plan for a transit extension from the Mall of America to the City of Apple Valley. Built on an Urban Forensic Analysis™ of development in the Cedar Ave. Corridor, the plan recommends zoning and land-use changes encouraging transit-supportive development. |
